- Design and production launch of advanced industrial, civil, and agricultural building constructions.
- Participation in designing and implementing a unified system for monitoring, processing, storing, and issuing design documentation produced by the State Enterprise NIISK divisions.
- Development of regulatory documents as to the construction and design of facilities using new building structures and materials.
- Maintenance of the design documentation archive, which is an integral part of the scientific and technical archive of the Institute.
- Design of the entire range of constructions, buildings, and structures, development of structural solutions for strengthening building constructions.
- Scientific and technical support for the construction and reconstruction of facilities for various intended use.
- Inspection of building constructions of buildings and structures to assess the technical condition.
- Development and maintenance of regulatory documents as to reinforced concrete and steel thin-walled structures.
- Development and maintenance of regulatory documents as to the technical operation system of buildings and structures.
- Development of the construction part of designs of buildings and structures using progressive building constructions, taking into account local conditions. Scientific and engineering support during their construction
- Inspection of building constructions and structures, development of technical solutions, working drawings for their strengthening, and technical assistance in performing construction work to strengthen structures.
