Participates in scientific developments on rationing and standardization in the construction sector.
Arranges work plans and tasks for rationing and standardization in the construction sector.
Provides organizational and methodological support for the activities of the State Enterprise NIISK and the Secretariat of Technical Committee 302 "Energy Efficiency of Buildings and Structures", Technical Committee 303 "Building Structures" and Technical Committee 304 "Protection of Buildings and Structures", the functions of which are performed by NIISK, in particular during:
- drawing up terms of reference for the development of draft building codes, national standards, including national standards that implement the provisions of relevant international and regional standards, national standards that implement the provisions of relevant European Assessment documents, as well as draft amendments to them;
- development of draft building codes, national standards, including national standards that implement the provisions of relevant international and regional standards, national standards that implement the provisions of relevant European Assessment documents, and amendments to them, standards of organizations, technical specifications, as well as other documents on rationing and standardization.
Develops proposals for promising and targeted scientific and technical programs in the field of rationing and standardization, as well as provide support for other areas of activity of the State Enterprise NIISK.
Participates in the verification of building codes and provides comments as to draft national standards, including national standards that implement the provisions of relevant international and regional standards, national standards that implement the provisions of relevant European Assessment documents, and amendments to them, as well as provides expert opinions, comments, and proposals as to the draft standards of organizations, technical specifications, and other documents on rationing and standardization.
Participates in the preparation of conclusions to draft building codes, and national standards, including national standards that implement the provisions of relevant international and regional standards, national standards that implement the requirements of relevant European Assessment documents, amendments to them, and other documents on rationing and standardization.
Maintains the Fund of Building Codes and Regulatory Documents, subscription accounting and registration of existing building codes, national standards, including national standards that implement the provisions of relevant international and regional standards, national standards that implement the provisions of relevant European Assessment documents, international and regional standards, changes, and amendments to them.
Carries out activities to timely introduce appropriate changes and amendments to the Fund of Building Codes and Regulatory Documents.
Maintains the Fund of Building Codes and Regulatory Documents, subscription accounting and registration of existing building codes, including national standards, including national standards that implement the provisions of relevant international and regional standards, national standards that implement the provisions of relevant European documents on the definition of acceptability, international and regional standards, changes, and amendments to them.
Provides the structural divisions of SE NIISK and TC 302 "Energy Efficiency of Buildings and Structures", TC 303 "Building Structures" and TC 304 "Protection of Buildings and Structures". Performs the functions of the secretariat which is performed by SE NIISK, with the necessary building codes, and national standards, including national standards that implement the provisions of the relevant international and regional standards, national standards that implement the requirements of the relevant European Assessment documents, international and regional standards, changes and amendments to them, other documents on rationing and standardization, as well as informs about their availability and receipt of building codes and regulatory documents to the Fund and about their cancellation and/or replacement.
The department staff writes scientific articles and prepares other relevant materials on rationing and standardization in the construction sector.
