SPECIALIZED SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL

     The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine by the Order of December 28, 2019 ¹1643  established in the SE «The State Research Institute of Building Constructions» of the Minregion of Ukraine “the Specialized Scientific Council Ê 26.833.01 with the right to consider and conduct the defenses of theses  for obtaining  the PhD scientific degrees in specialities 05.23.01 "Civil structures, buildings and facilities" and 05.23.02 "Bases and foundations" until December 31, 2020”.

        In compliance with the fifth paragraph  of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine On Higher Education and in order to acquaint the scientific community with both the practical experience of scientific degrees applicants and the reviews of official opponents appointed for theses consideration in accordance with the procedure established by law and based on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Order of July 14, 2015 ¹ 758 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 22, 2015 under ¹ 885/27330) the following documents shall be made public (read-only): 

• the thesis copy in electronic form – not later than 10 calendar days prior to the thesis defense date indicated in the thesis abstract (if the thesis is prepared as a published monograph, the thesis abstract shall be promulgated in electronic form); 

• the reviews of official opponents in electronic form - not later than 10 calendar days prior to the thesis defense date indicated in the thesis abstract and the thesis abstract - not later than 30 calendar days prior to the thesis defense date indicated in the thesis abstract.

       The mentioned materials shall remain online during three months after the date of the PhD or Doctor of Science Certificate issuance.
