Memorandum of Cooperation between SE NIISK and ICC Ukraine
On May 11, 2023, the State Enterprise State Research Institute of Building Constructions signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Association "Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce " (ICC Ukraine).
The International Chamber of Commerce(ICC) is the most influential business organization, headquartered in Paris, has been bringing the business together since 1919. To date, the global ICC network includes more than 6.5 million companies, chambers, and associations from 142 countries and has a network of 90 national committees. The ICC develops business rules that are used by the world's business entities in international and domestic cooperation, in particular: Incoterms®, standard international commercial agreements, unified rules on the use of trade finance instruments, arbitration practices, etc.
The Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Ukraine) is the first National Committee in Ukraine, established in 1998. Currently, ICC Ukraine unites national enterprises and non-resident companies representing large and medium-sized businesses.
The ICC Ukraine is the only organization that has received observer status at the UN in accordance with the Resolution adopted at the 71st session of the UN General Assembly.
The purpose of signing the memorandum between the State Enterprise NIISK and ICC Ukraine is to unite efforts towards the implementation of activities, projects, and programs aimed at meeting and protecting the social, educational, national, cultural, and other interests of Ukrainian communities, the development of scientific research, and the creation of joint projects within the framework of a large-scale program of renovation and restoration of Ukraine.
