• assistance to create the conditions for exposure of scientific and creative potential of the young scientists and specialists;

• search and support of talented researches among young scientists and specialists, provision of aid for them;

• participation in organization and development of branch, National and International scientific and cultural cooperation between young scientists and specialists;

• assistance in carrying out of scientific researches;

• assistance in involving of creative youth to studying on NIISK’s postgraduate courses and postgraduate courses on other Universities, to defense of the prepared thesis in NIISK’s Specialized Academic Council and in other Specialized Councils;

• implementation of the scientific projects and achievements created by young scientists and specialists;

• organization of the scientific meetings, seminars and conferences for young scientists and specialists (in NIISK as well as out Institute);

• preparation of the electron scientific papers, particularly on the results of young scientist conferences;

• search of the possibilities for participation of youth in National and International scientific conferences, obtaining of the grants and training programs;

• Active participation in Institute live by means of supply of the proposals deal with all issues of scientific and production activity of youth for consideration of Directorate and Scientific and Technical Council;
• Information activity (through to printed issues, electron website of Institute etc.)
