In March, 3 within the framework of exhibition of "KyivBuild-2015", the conference "Facade systems: materials and technologies" took place; organizer of the conference was magazine "Prof Build" jointly with All-Ukrainian union of producers of building materials, with Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU) and with company "Premier Expo" with support of Ministry of construction and housing and communal services (HCS) of Ukraine.
The conference was devoted to actual questions of warmth keeping of facades in Ukraine, energy performance of facade systems, application of external solar-control constructions, which raise energy efficient properties of object, to normative base in area of constructions of facade heat-insulation of buildings, to European norms of warmth keeping, to innovative heat-insulation materials and to many other questions.
President of All-Ukrainian union of producers of building materials - Ivan Saliy opened conference. Mister Saliy noted, that at present in Ukraine it is necessary to provide one milliard of square meters of dwelling with heat insulation. "The State will find mechanism of decision of this problem, which in connection with substantial rising in price of gas and energy resources, became especially thorny. Therefore, we must be ready to apply new facade systems and technologies", - Ivan Nykolaevych underlined. All the more, today market can offer wide choice of heat-insulating materials: basaltic isolation, foam plastic, foamy concrete and many other, as an expert is sure.
Chairman of Board of directors of Confederation of builders of Ukraine - Aleksandr Rotov made congratulatory speech. In particular, he underlined that every facade is complex engineering construction, that must bear itself the row of components of loads: protect functions, function of retaining of heat and accumulation of coolness, and also aesthetic functions. Warmth keeping of facades of high quality gives an opportunity to improve heating engineering characteristics of shell of building, to prolong the term of its exploitation, to prevent shrinkage and mechanical deformations of external walls and to enhance their hydrophobic characteristics, to improve external view of facade, to reduce wind- and sound-permeability, to provide high level of energy conservation and, as a result, to decrease expenses on heating of building up to 60%.

Director of Scientific-research institute of building constructions Gennadiy Farenyuk told about the features of normative base in sector of constructions of façade’ heat-insulation of building. As Gennadiy Grigorievich marked, the obligatory condition of necessary energy efficiency of building is heating engineering reliability index. "Changing of design principles of heat-insulation of shell - is change of one-layered brick or concrete walls with multi-layered, requires fundamental changes of methodologies of assessment of serviceability of modern envelopes", - Gennadiy Grigorievich marked.
Work conference program united more than ten speakers and created conditions for fruitful functioning of base for professional communication.
