State Enterprise “State research institute of building constructions” invites you to take a part in an expert seminar “Development of minimum requirements for energy efficiency of buildings in accordance with EU Directive 31/2010” on May 22, 2015
The seminar was organized to inform about the preliminary developments to determine the minimum buildings energy efficiency requirements, review of EU practice and discussion of appropriate methodology.
The target groups of the seminar are representatives of construction industry, real estate industry , architects, engineers, energy auditors and representatives of universities.
