Department of technologies manufacturing of reinforced concrete constructions


Department of production process concrete constructions in frameworks NIISK grants complex of services on miscellaneous stages of projects realization:
• Technology of building constructions for industrial, civil, power, transport construction;
• Perfecting of technology manufacturing of building materials and items, development and complex researches of new materials with indispensable properties;
• Development of the normative documentation in the field of technology of concretes and other building materials;
• Scientific-expert support and solution of problems the technologies of building constructions, which one arise during at operation of objects including atomic engineering;
• Complex inspection of technical state of buildings, structures, building constructions;
• Elaboration of measures on guard of building constructions, buildings and structures from unfavorable influencing of environment and hostile environments.

The radiation protected and metal rich cement sturies and concretes with high scale of absorption of range and neutron radiation are developed and tested in industrial condition by Scientific and Reseach Institute of Building Constructions.

Range of application building and repair compositions for NPP and x-ray room, corrosion-resistant constructions of a biological shielding. Nonshrinking structures for repair work (lawmasking of junctions, sauce etc.).
Technical characteristics of radiation protective compositions:
• average density - 3000-4000 kgs/ì3;
• compression strength in dependence on temperature:
- 20°Ñ - 45-55 ÌPà;
- 400°Ñ - 40-50 ÌPà;
• Stratym depth of half slackening:
- of u-rays ^Ñâ of power 662 Êå - 3,2-5,6 cm;
- of a neutron radiation ^Ñã of power 2.5 Ìå - 5-6 cm;
• The amount of chemically bound water at the temperature of:
- 20°Ñ - 7-11%;
- 400°Ñ - 4-5%;
• Preparation of concrete and manufacturing of constructions on its basis is carried out on traditional technologies;
• The cost price for 1 ì3 of concrete - $150;
• On the this concretes the technical specifications are developed TÓ 2.7-02495431-42-99 "Dry concrete radiation protected nonshrinking miscellanies with application temperature up to 400°Ñ with consrevation of chemically bound water" and are protected by the patent of Ukraine. There are developed and tested in NIISK polymer silicate covering with a heightened density, frosty- and corrosion stability, which one are intended for an antirust coat of stone, concrete and metal constructions, in particular, during at construction and repair drainage systems and tanks with water. Covering is developed on the basis of polyisocyanates, that allows to put it on dry or wet basis. The covering has following phisycal—mechanical descriptions:
- bending strength after 28 day of concreting in natural conditions is ÇÎ ÌPà;
- for compression - 10Î ÌPà;
- the adhesion to concrete is higher than tensile strength concrete;
- factor water resistance is 1,8;
- a material corrosion-resistant in alkaline and acid mediums;
- warm and moisture processing harden the strength of covering;
- viability of a mixture - 25-3Î min;
- raw materials which are made in Ukraine;
- to put covering it is possible by a paintbrush and palett-knife;
- cost of covering is $2-3 for 1 kg.
