The products certification "TSENTROSEPROBUD"
(OS), basing at State research institute of building constructions (NIISK) in 1993 executes
work on certification of products in the field of construction.
TSENTROSEPROBUD accredited in the Ukrainian state system of certification of products - Ukrsepro (the Certificate of accreditation № ІІ А4.001.061)
is cerified to execute works on certification:
* civil, industrial, agricultural buildings structures and their elements;
* building structures: metal, concrete, reinforced concrete, wooden, plastic and of other materials;
* structures and elements of the foundations, underground structures
and their elements;
* structures of detailsof walls and partitions;
* slabs, boards of floors and coverings;
* architectural and building details of buildings and structures;
* building materials and products;
* windows, doors, stained-glass window, glass packets and extrusions;
*
certified tests of fllors panels.
In structure of institute the the following test laboratories operate:
* laboratory of stadyof structures;
* laboratory building thermal technic and energy saving;
* laboratory of building and architectural acoustics;
*
laboratory of corrosion and protection of constructions;
Structure of ОS includes the experts - auditors, the competent experts, who have long-term experience in the field of building structures
and materials, certification of this production.
In Ukraine there is both mandatory and voluntary certification. The nomenclature of building materials, products and structures, which must be certificated, are determined
by section 32 of '' The List of production, which is subject to mandatory certification in Ukraine. "
The objects of certification are production, which:
*
produced in Ukraine;
*Imported in Ukraine and marked by the manufacturer
as complying the normative documents, valid in Ukraine;
*Imported in Ukraine and not marked by the manufacturer as complying the normative documents,
valid in Ukraine, but can be identified that by to its parameters can be correlated to requirements
of the normative documents, valid in Ukraine for similar production;
* Imported in Ukraine
and not marked by A manufacturer meeting the normative documents, valid in Ukraine,
and cannot be identified as such that must meet the normative document, acting in Ukraine.
The order of realization of certification of products provides:
*
представление заявки на сертификацию;
* submission of the call for certification;
*Consideration of the application and desition
on it with indication of the scheme of certification;
*
Inspection of production if it is stipulated by ОС;
* Attestation of production, which will be certificated, or certification
of a system of quality depending on the scheme of certification;
* the selection and identification of production by its exterior view marks;
* test of samples of production (if it is stipulated by the scheme of certification);
* Analysis of obtained results and decision making on issue of the
certificate of the correspondence and making an agreement;
* Registration of a record on preservation of the sample - witness of certificated production;
*
Filing of certificated production in the Register of the System, making the agreement on the right of use of a sign of the
correspondence, issue of the certificate of the correspondence;
* Recognizing the documents, which confirm the correspondence of import products to requests
of the normative documents, valid in Ukraine and abroad;
*
Technical supervision of certificated production during it production;
*
The technical supervision of the certificated production facility (if it is stipulated by the scheme)
of certification and the certificated squality ystem;
*
Information about results of work on certification of products;Validity of the certificate of the correspondence - up to three years. Validity of the certificate of the correspondence - up to three years.
Accumulated experience of certification of products and existing infrastructure of testing laboratories allows in short time and at a proper level to
execute works on certification of products in field of construction.
