During last years there were a broad range the practice of reconstruction and restoring of the buildings and structures which experienced significant damages during operation, or their changing for new functional applications.

On the basis of applications of experimental - theoretical methods of researches NIISK offers services on fulfillment of such works:
* realization of engineering geological investigations with the purpose of reconstruction of buildings and structures;
* determination of the causes of strains of buildings and structures, realization of computations for substantination of possibility of reconstruction;
* development of the design documentation on strengthening of structures, foundations and bases.

Upon request of the clients institute provides selection of a qualified word-per-word translation for fulfillment of works concerning an amplification of structures, foundations, fixing of bases, and also monitoring of realization of the project, etc.:
* research of complicated engineering-geological processes (shifts, settings, underground cavities, formation of ravines etc.) which negatively influence status and conditions of buildings and structures and development of measures on elimination of this negative influence;
* executes field research works concerning determination of soils properties (by methods of sounding, test by static loading, rotary shear, etc.), and also substantination of the projects of realization of works concerning the providing pits bases, compaction of ground and foundation in pits and in compacted foundation trenches, etc.);
