CEMENTING MATERIALS, AGGREGATES AND CONCRETES. TECHNOLOGY OF REINFORCED CONCRETE CONSTRUCTIONS PRODUCTION.
The main research works, which are realizing at NIISK in this area directed on development of new technologies, materials and include:
· special concretes - high-strength, light (porous), raditionally protective;
· special kinds of cementing materials, including new generation cementing materials (NGC) marks 900-1200 on the basis of portland cement.
The technology of commercial production, technological order, technical specifications was developed:
· concrete on the basis of ash-and-slad cinder particularly Tripilskaya electric power station and others;
· concrete admixtures, including superplastifiers.
The normative documents on industrial usage were approved. Besides it in areas of concretes and concrete mixtures are executed the following works:
· research and test of aggregates materials for mortars and concrete mixtures;
· choice of the admixtures for concretes;
· usage of new (off-centre) materials, including salvaging of man-caused wastage for heavy-weight, light-weight and special concretes;
· development of components for composite and ways of composite usage at new materials creation;
· computation (selection) of composite components of heavy-weight and light-weight concretes, including ultrastrong, frost-proof, water-proof, with low radiation penetration;
· analysis of structure of solidified concrete or mortar for their initial structure definition;
· computation of rising coefficient, which takes into account effect of materials quality on average norm of cement consumption;
· expert conclusions and recommendations concerning norms of the cement consumption, economical usage of materials, choice of rational technologies;
In the field of factory technology of manufacturing concrete and reinforced production and constructions:
· field investigations and correction of technological parameters of shaping and mode of wet-heat processing of concrete and reinforced production and constructions;
· regulation of concrete mixtures movability without deterioration of concrete quality;
· mechanical and bit-impact technology of cementing materials activation with the purpose of cement economies and improving of concrete (mortar) properties;
· methods of technological cracks prevention in concrete and reinforced constructions;
· technology of production of low-clinker and not-clinker cementing materials on the basis of man-caused waste;
· production technology of sawdust concrete produce, ash-and-slad concrete and others materials;
· bit-impact technology of waste wood, fiberglass wood, textiles processing, and others for getting on their basis construction materials;
· development and approval in accordance with established procedure normative-technological documentation relative to a production technology of construction materials, construction produce and structures.
