Product Certification Body "The State Research Institute of Building Constructions (OS "CENTROSEPROBUD")"is created on the base of State enterprise the "State research institute of building constructions"(SE NIISK) in 1993.

PCB is professional body on certification in building sector and executes works on assessment of conformity of production in building sector according to Technical regulation of building products, buildings and structures and certification of products in System of certification of UkrSEPRO.

PCB is accredited by National agency on accreditation of Ukraine (certificate about accreditation ¹ 1Î106 from October, 03, 2019) and is appointed on implementation of works on assessing of conformity in construction according to Technical regulation of building products, buildings and structures (certificate about appointment ¹UA.TR.041 from August, 02, 2013).

 
Sector of accreditation of PCB contains wide nomenclature of products, which allows to implement works on assessment of conformity:

- civil, industrial, agricultural buildings and structures and their elements;

- constructions from metallic, concrete, reinforced concrete, timber, plastic and other building materials;

- constructions and elements of foundations, underground structures and their elements;

- constructions and details of walls and partitions;

- slabs, panels and floors and floor coverings;

- structural members and architectural and constructional elements of buildings and structures;

- building materials and products;

- windows, doors, stained-glass windows, glass unit and rolled shapes;

- heat insulation products, soundproofing products, waterproof products;

- dry constructive mixtures;

- roll roofing materials;

- safety fence;

- sanitary products;- pipes, stop valve, equipment and devices for systems of water supply, gas supply, heat supply and sewage systems;- reinforcement and welded embedded fittings;

- plates, sheets and bands made of rubber;

- etc.

Objects of certification are the products, which are produced both in Ukraine and production, which is imported in Ukraine. Clients of services on assessment of conformity are the enterprises of such countries, as: Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Finland, China, Germany, Russia and others.

PCB implements works on acceptance of results of certification of products, which is imported to Ukraine, by results of which certificate of conformity is given out for products or certificate of acceptance.

Experts and auditors, highly skilled specialists, which have long-time experience in sphere of building constructions and materials and of assessment of this conformity , are the staff of PCB.
